” Here in mainland Portugal I have tasted a deliciously dry and sweetened cider made in Bombarral by the Clímaco Pereira family. It is called Sidrada and it is made with apples Royal Gala, Reineta and Granny Smith. It’s 100 percent cider and 100 percent apple – and the flavor thanks. Also they make vinegar and sparkling of cider (dry and half-dry). They have a website and they are on Facebook: I absolutely recommend them and I wish them a bright future. It was the best way to silence the chronicler’s barking: giving him cider to drink. ”
